DATA PROCESSING LOCATION
The handling of web services connected to this site is performed at the aforementioned company offices and only by corporate personnel or by consultants appointed to perform maintenance and updates. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users requesting services or information are only used to carry out the service or provide the information requested, and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for this purpose, therefore the dissemination is limited to the services requested. The data may be transmitted to the company’s own staff, to collaborators, correspondents and agents, corporate consultants for accounting, administrative, tax, and IT aspects; to banks and financial institutions, and to those designated to safeguard the company’s interests in the courts, and in administrative and non-judicial contexts, as well as credit recovery agents required to notify documents; for corporate controls.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data. During normal functioning the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, might permit user identification. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by those who connect to the site, Uniform Resource Identifier addresses for requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the answer given by the server (successful, error, etc), and other parameters relative to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site and to check its correct operation. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Data supplied voluntarily by the user, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site, involve subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, required for replying to requests for services and/or information.

COOKIES
No personal data of users is deliberately acquired by the site. The same article affords the right to request cancellation, transformation to an anonymous form or blocking of unlawfully processed data, , as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, handling of their data.
